Lady behind the desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent staff and helped me get back on the road quickly and efficiently. The price was a bit steep but was to be expected for the type of work. They even helped me use a line of credit when I couldn't afford the entirety of the bill. I would recommend these guys for everything, they do it all.

My coworker recommended me this mechanic shop and I couldn’t be happier. Justin at the desk was so friendly and helpful, and they got my oil changed promptly. The waiting area is clean and smells nice and I love that there is a nail spa for people who have to wait a while. Will definitely be back again!

Best place I’ve found in Pensacola for all my diesel needs. The front desk guy Micheal has helped me tremendously. Super professional. Super fast service. And everything they worked on never gave me another issue. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s look for a honest mechanic shop.

We were on vacation and started having problems with our transmission on our RV. They were open on Saturday which most shops aren’t. Elizabeth immediately got Richard the transmission expert out to check the vehicle and then made arrangements to get us in first thing Monday morning allowing us to stay in our RV for the weekend. Once in they gave us a good idea of cost and time so we could make reservations for lodging. The whole group was as great. We are now on our way home and RV is driving great.

Incredible customer service! Usually procrastinate getting an oil change because it's such a pain, but Justin at the front desk made it quick and easy. Lots of cools cars in the shop. Will definitely be back... highly recommend!

Wow! Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop! I’m traveling from Texas and my engine light came on. Called Bobby Likis shop around 10am, on a Monday no less, and they said come right in. I just needed to know if I could make it back to Texas. They ran a full diagnostic on my 99Jaguar. Told me what issues I had, but said it was safe to drive. All the issues he diagnosed are known issues with this car, so it gave me assurance and trust of this shop. Okay, now to top it all off, as I was pulling out the drive way of the shop, Elizabeth noticed my brake lights were out. Before I got to the corner she called me! I hung a u turn, pulled into the shop and 10 minutes later I had new bulbs at no charge! Customer service par excellence!!! Thank you Elizabeth and crew!
