Auntie Anne's

Walked in with a smile happy to be back at a Cinnabon for the first time in about twenty years to dead silence. Two people working one guy walking around and a lady wearing an apron. I stood there for about a minute looking at the cinnabons deciding if I want to buy the carmel walnut or not and still no one has said hello, welcome to..., or can I help you find something, or just maybe are you ready to order. So I ask the lady with the apron where I should order and she points to the guy who's been standing motionless in my periphery to the right. He's still standing there lifelessly, so I think alright I'm definitely not feeling welcome here, but okay I'll tell him my order. I order without problems and get my food handed to me in a bag without the you're welcome after my thank you and an almost imperceptible no eye contact, you too after I say have a nice day. I had already decided of course that this level of bad vibe/cold shoulder/unwelcoming affect doesn't deserve a tip or a thank you, but I still said thank you and while I'm happy to enjoy my Cinnabon which was delicious, I'm also relieved to be far away from a place that goes that extra mile to make a happy and kind customer feel unwelcomed.

Ordered two almond pretzels and the cashiers said it’s going to take 30 mins.. Went outside for 15 mins and when I came back in, they already made my pretzels and gave it some ransom person. Make sure you take your receipt and wait inside. This be my last time ordering from here

Service was really good but the pretzels were VERY old at 7:30pm. And very expensive

From my experience this place is literally the best. Definitely the employees, they were nice, cheerful and the place was SPOTLESS!!!! Really recommend and the Auntie Anne’s is delicious because they are all hand rolled pretzels and hot out of the oven goodness!!

Our two pretzels were good. The tables outside where we went to eat them were dirty.

It started out as a annoying when I was charged for two pretzels before saying there would be a several min wait. The counter personnel may have been new but the other coworker stepped in and help the situation greatly. I was very impress by her professionalism and thoughtfulness towards the situation. That brought the experience up greatly.
