Extremely friendly service at this Bu0026BW. Everyone seemed like they wanted to help me. I found a great section of clearance items and had a ball filling up my basket!

Bright and polished decor with lots of neatly organized smelly stuff. And I mean lots. Always burning a candle at home so it is nice to drop in and check out the latest fragrance. Favorite product is the hand cream aromatherapy stress relief in eucalyptus spearmint. It helps me fall asleep fast. This shop is always well staffed.

The lady's on the floor were beyond helpful and pleasant. However, the girl behind the cash register was rude and could learn from them. After standing in line she asked cash or credit? Then she states she only does credit in a very rude tone then points me to another person to help me. You should put a sign up if you only accept credit so you do not waste people's time.

Always busy when I go. Staff is on top of it. They greet you when yoy come in, ask if you need help. Plenty of different options to choose from. Always love coming here. The smell is always amazing.

I’ve been a big fan of Bu0026BW for many many years and that has come to a end for me. I went to this location late March placed a order online but accidentally did it for the wrong store and the mange there told me that he would handle my order for me at his location just don’t go pick it up at THR location I originally ordered from i Asked about the 1cent charge on my card he assured me it would go away well a whole month later I get a 37$ charge for the order I never picked up I go back to the bridge street location they acted as if they was going to refund me NEVER DID Only gave me a piece of paper and told me my funds will be returned that was 2 weeks ago going on 3 I still have yet to receive a refund so I’m out of money. I don’t appreciate being double charge I will never spend a dollar again at bath and body works

This store is always clean. It’s always organized. The staff is friendly and it always changes for the season. You buy nice candles or you can purchase a very cologne and/or perfume. Bath and Bodyworks also has make and female offerings for lotions or body washes. The best deals are always when you purchase multiple items, but you won’t be disappointed with the products.
