Service Cuts Barbershop - Shaenfield Road

Been here 3 times now. Service quick and awesome. I feel these hair stylist are really trying to do a good job compared to bigger business around. Had Jay 2 times and he does an perfect job each time.

I’ve been going there for over year, before I loved it until yesterday. The lady was rude and my son cut looks awful. The number was not the lady fault because she did told me that she wasn’t comfortable doing numbers but the cut itself was not good at all. The number could have been in the middle of his head. After all I was charge 51 dollars for this hair cut. After I sent an email I was answered that I was quoted $1 per min which was not true. By the way I have been there before and done the same hair cut and it didn’t cost me 51 dollars. The lady was super rude. I don’t know what happened because before it was my favorite place. Not anymore.

This place is the best. They accommodated our autistic son above and beyond what we could have asked for. Gabriela serviced my partner with the Generals option and did an awesome job. Stephanie serviced our son and was the best hairstylist we’ve ever had for him. Everybody in this shop including the receptionist was so kind and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Never going anywhere else again.

I've been a customer for years now and Kris has never given anything but excellent haircuts and overall service. I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. Come see Kris and you'll be pleased you did! This shop is in the rise!
