Fairfield Inn Provo

Convenient location. Room is clean. One of the power outlets doesn't function. My room has a great mountain view. Oh, forgot to add. The breakfast was decent with options we like.

Nice place with pool and hot tub. Easy to get to. Breakfast is a little sketchy with eggs that taste like sawdust. Otherwise a really good choice.

I'm deeply dissatisfied with how the hotel managed our reservation. We had pre-paid for a three-night stay but missed the first night due to a canceled flight. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us they had canceled our reservation, offered a more expensive room, and didn't refund any of our prepaid amount. We contacted the third-party vendor for assistance, but they couldn't secure a refund from the manager. It's baffling that the hotel didn't make any effort to refund any part of the prepaid reservation when they resold the room. We did book another room at the higher rate for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, the room quality was subpar, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. While the staff was initially friendly, the overall experience was disappointing.

It definitely was not the best Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed at. The mattresses weren’t comfortable and the room had a stale smell from the first day we arrived. The free breakfast was pretty disappointing compared to other marriotts as was the selection of goods at the little store.

This hotels needs to be completely remodeled from top to bottom. See attached pictures. The first room we were in the carpet so dirty we asked to be moved to another room. Not much of an improvement. This room had the window shade ripped wide open, cracking paint in the bathroom, carpet torn up going into the bathroom, all carpet we encountered was filthy Liquid on the elevator floor, top vent on AC very nasty looking, carpet in the hall very stained. Dirty mop bucket and mop sitting in the lobby entry way not in use. I would be sad to have this hotel in the Marriott family of hotels. William u0026 Lynne Smith Room 316 then 314

There was a floodlight on the roof pointed directly at our window. (I habitually wear a sleeping mask and the curtains were pretty heavy, so this was basically fine, but why??) Everything else was great though; the breakfast was even unusually good for a Fairfield.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Price is right. Breakfast wasn't too good in my opinion. I've stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years and it's like the budget was cut on breakfast. But the staff is kind and the rooms are nice. I had a Luke warm shower both days....there wasn't any hot water either morning. The traffic can be a little loud, but it's a budget motel so all in all it was okay

Manager Lisa was rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. I called because I was forced to cancel my stay at the hotel, and while I was informed of their 48hr cancellation policy I was not expecting such disrespectful behavior from the management. Upon speaking to manager Lisa, she was sarcastic and laughed when I asked if there was anything she could do as our cancellation was out of our control. She continued with the same put out and smug tone throughout the call until she said finally “is there anything else?” and then promptly hung up. Would avoid staying anywhere where this kind of service is to be expected.
