Hines Mansion Bed & Breakfast

We stayed two nights and really loved everything about this inn. We thought we'd be arriving after check-in and they made things very easy for us; we confirmed late arrival over the phone and they sent a thorough email with everything we'd need. The room (The Lodge) was lovely! Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was fantastic, as was the large bed. We also liked having a door directly to the outside. Both mornings we left early before breakfast and they packed us up a really great bagged lunch. We're vegan and there were no issues in preparing something for us to have. They also have fresh fruit and cold bottled water in the main area available to guests, and we really appreciated that. The innkeepers were kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back when we're in Provo!

Was a beautiful place. My wife and I had an amazing stay. The Eagles Nest was a large and spacious room. Loved the 2 person jetted tub. Room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful and fresh. Staff was very nice and helpful in making our stay as romantic as possible. Can't wait to get away again. A big thank u to all the staff.

What a great stay!! I picked out what i thought was the prettiest room In the whole place online. We got there and we weren't disappointed. However, i have mobility! Issues and the room had stairs in it to the bathroom and to the spa. So we asked if there was a room that was better given my situation. To my surprise there was one. I loved the look of the room we picked out so i figured we wouldn't get as nice of a room. I was mistaken. The new room was a way different style but just as pretty. And it was way better for me, no stairs and a walk in shower. I slept great and enjoyed a shower (something i cant do at home as we don't have a walk in shower yet). The bonus is that it had a door open to the outside. This also made my life easier because of my disability. We had a great relaxing trip and were treated above and beyond the way most places treat you. My wife basically slept in the jetted tub and felt relaxed the next morning with the affects of the jetted tub. The staff went way beyond for us and we will be back .... Thank y'all James S Turner

We booked a stay and unfortunately had to cancel due to my wife being hospitalized which ate up all her paid time off. We were well-beyond a month prior to the trip which entitled us to cancel. Tried emailing [stay(at)hinesmansion(dot)com], no answer. Tried calling, no answer, left a voicemail. Tried emailing again, no answer. Tried calling again, no answer and voicemail wasn't even working. Called my credit card company and disputed the charge. What a shame. Now that we're past the date we should have stayed, they charged us again for the remainder of the stay. We still have not heard back from Hines Mansion and I had not gotten a response to this review.

Holy cow. I cannot believe this place. Firstly, it's a beautiful landmark. I love the layout. It's very cozy but also shows off it's history. Second, the chef is amazing. She is an absolute delight. Her food is exquisite and she is just an amazing, wonderful spirit. Loved having conversations with her in the morning. We loved the bathtubs with the jets. We got to stay in the eagle's nest/penthouse and the view of the mountains from the east side is beautiful. Overall, wonderful stay. Will come again.

Very lovely bed and breakfast. Everything you would want. Classic style, unique rooms, cozy and quiet. The breakfast is high quality. They also serve complementary fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! We loved those. We also got the cheese platter which was fun. Location is perfect walking distance to anything downtown Provo.

It was a 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed in the garden suite. Bed was comfortable. Carpet is dingy, furniture placement was not great so the room had issues with function. Cheap feeling. However The breakfast was superb! Whoke30 and keto or paleo approved. Thank you!!!! They do not answer their phones and that’s an issue. Called 20x in advance to verify booking and mailbox not setup or my voicemails not returned. The location was great. We walked everywhere. Some key things to change in order to elevate future stays. The price is too high for the ugly rooms and bad communication.
