07-22-2023 21:32Very fine locally roasted coffee, and they take care of the growers way beyond Fair Trade via their Seed to Cup process where they are intimately involved in all phases of the growing, distribution, and roasting process. This location not only serves as their roasting and shipping center, but as a certified training center for those in the business. They also offer some less formal training for consumers. We participated in their monthly cupping session (first Saturday of the month) and greatly enjoyed our time *and* our cupping (aka the coffee equivalent of wine tasting). Ian Picco, the Director of Coffee, led a lively and informative session which led to him giving away coffee with which he had just won a major competition!
