09-07-2023 22:43I like this Starbucks because the line moves much more quickly than other Starbucks in town. The Christmas drinks revealed this week, my favorite is Chestnut Praline latte, hot! I like it because its not to sweet, and has a nutty flavor. Also, I get my favorite scone, the cranberry orange one!

08-04-2023 18:06This is my first and last time using this location. Their screen needs to be fixed, but thankfully they did read the order back to me- not that I could understand them or anything.. Whoever took my order was what else what else ing me all the way through my order in a semi unpleasant tone. It seemed like she was trying the win a world record for faster talker! There weren't even any cars behind me!! I got the same drink I get every single time, so I know for a fact that they didn't add the extras I asked for, and the drink tastes bland/bitter. Even the girl who handed it to me looked at it with confusion! I was PRAYING that it looked like that because they mixed everything for me, but unfortunately I was just too optimistic.. To top it all off, they didn't fill it up all the way AND it costs more here!! I have never felt so unwelcomed and rushed. Very disappointing waste of money.

07-01-2023 11:34Nice spot, coffee was great and order was delivered expediently! It was about 33 degrees this afternoon so a hot cup of joe was a very welcome reprieve! Little bit of a tight squeeze for a parking lot but it was okay. Right next door to a Chipotle's so that was handy had I not already had lunch elsewhere.

05-06-2023 09:41I love this starbucks I pass by it practically 4 times a week every time I go , everyone is so bubbly and joyful and eager to make another happy customer! A smile on their faces often brightens my day, I'd like to personally thank the entire starbucks crew at this location, for the loyalty to the job efficient and fast paced work ethic , and for building rapport with each customer, I hope you all have a great year !

04-09-2023 21:43They’re nice enough here but what’s the point of this mobile ordering stuff? I mean that nearly every time I’ve ordered 7 - 8 mins. ahead, my orders almost never prepared waiting for me. Starbuck’s model on this is flawed in terms of good customer service experiences. It’s all about cranking out more drinks and profits with lesser efficiencies. Positive is the drink was good.

04-01-2023 18:56I came in on Sunday morning very upset with a drink that was made at another store. The manager on duty, Kat, not only happily remade my drink to perfection for me, but gave me a $4 gift card to cover the gas it took for me to come out again. When she gave me the new drink she cared enough to make sure it was to my satisfaction before I left. I wish all the Starbucks locations had managers that cared about customer satisfaction like Kat does. She was kind, professional, and went out of her way to put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. She deserves a raise and all the praise. Thank you Kat

03-11-2023 15:12The customer service was OFF THE CHAIN!!!!!!! I don't frequent Starbucks, so I don't know what to order and I hate being that person holding up a drive thru line, right? Well, for now on, I don't care how long I hold the line up. The customer service was over the top friendly, very patient, very informative to my questions, and just downright the way humans should be to one another! 💕
