Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bonita Springs North Naples

Booked a handicap accessible room, but the beds were too high for one of the guests. It was difficult and painful for them to get into the bed. The bathroom door was not level so it would swing so far open and was difficult for the handicap person to control. The floor was not flat and level. I had to ask for extra towels 3 times before I got them. Even though it was difficult to get into the beds, they were comfortable.

Room was great, location was irrelevant as I was in the area for work. HOWEVER, They have this off the wall automated check in. Where you don’t get a receipt for your stay at check out, you have to check out on line, IF you have the app. I’ve tried several ways to get a receipt from this place to no avail. As my company reimburses my stay, I need a receipt to prove I actually stayed there. You’d think it wouldn’t be this difficult to get one. Sadly. I’ll never stay here again.

Beds and room were OK. My family went down for breakfast at 9:50, breakfast closes at 10 but the lady watched us start making waffles and started taking breakfast down s we were cooking. I said it's not 10 yet, my family is upstairs I need to make one more and she literally walked the waffle batter out of the room and rinsed it down the drain. She took the milk away as my kids were getting cereal. Spoke no English but her daughter did, who asked if we needed anything, I said we need more and her mother told her in Spanish to ignore us. Very rude!!! And all service was on a computer checking in so there's no way to call front desk for more towels or anything. Wouldn't stay anywhere there's no customer service!!!

My stay was 2 weeks long, because I had a construction job in Naples. The young lady that was working the desk in the evening made this stay special. Her name is Pam. She is smart, friendly, helpful, caring, and cheerful. After working 10-12 hours tired and dirty she always greeted me with a beautiful smile. Her words were encouraging and made me glad I was staying in this hotel. Her personality was so refreshing next to mister video. I highly recommend this inn.

I’m actually surprised at how many bad reviews there are for this place. The room was clean, fresh towels, fresh sheets, everything wiped down. No bad smells. I didn’t swim in the pool but that also looked pretty clean. Yes, there is a virtual receptionist for check in. But I have to say I preferred it that way. It’s very easy to use. One of downside is the breakfast. They have juice, coffee, muffins, toast, cereal u0026 hard boiled eggs (no salt only pepper.) I would’ve liked more protein options, not just carbs and sugar. The toilet paper was very cheap and scratchy. And the air conditioner made some strange noises. I stayed here 7 days and over all it is a very decent place to stay, I would recommend.

Odd experience here. We purchased two rooms; one of them smelled absolutely horrible and the other one was sweltering due to broken AC. We were able to switch into new rooms, though. The check-in was also weird as there is no staff—you check in at a virtual kiosk manned by a worker overseas. Elevator smelled like cigarette smoke but the rooms were clean. I would come again if the price was cheaper, but for the rate of ~250 a night, I advise going elsewhere.

Tried to get me to use another credit card to pay for room that was already approved with chase card. Was going to rip me off over 900$. Maid came in room after they knew we had do not disturb sign on door. She looked real suspicious. I set a trap and knew it was moved. I took pics. I will report this hotel and if she comes in again I will call police. I just better get my deposit back as they were only supposed to put a hold like every other hotel. But they put it in the total. My bank even talked directly to guy on kiosk and he lied that my payment didn’t go through after seeing with my own eyes. APPROVED. Also no phone to call 911 in case of emergency. There’s a law for that. They think their slick.

The manager is a blatent liar with no respect for the law or people with disabilities. I was booking a room for an elderly friend and The manager was working the front desk. He said he had a vacancy and was charging more than advertised on line. I politely asked why there was a difference from the on-line advertisement. His reply was, that's how it is when you walk in. I quickly booked on-line, las nobody else was in the lobby.
