bad customer service from manager at location morning shift. went just to simply return a part and he had to tell his employee to tell me he was saving the money for a diffrient return from a diffrient customer. Asfar as i know in business industry everything is first come first serve.

Went in to see if they had some parts that are considered special order. Decided not to purchase, the shipping to store per item was about $20 each. Cheaper to purchase somewhere else.

I asked the employee that sold me the car battery, if he could help me install the battery and he said he couldn't cause he was very busy. There was only 1 other customer and 2 employees. Thx for the help really!!!!
