That tells me that they care more about ME as the customer than they do about just making money. I've worked with Pinnacle professionally now for more than 10 years both for business and personal taxes. Jen has become a friend throughout the years. Thanks Pinnacle! Highly recommend.

I own an Etsy shop and like I'm sure a lot of creatives who have a small business was VERY confused about the tax side of things. I reached out to Pinnacle and Dana followed up with me within an hour.
