Starbucks

I bit into an egg bite and it was burnt. It was a very displeasing experience. I have never had to spit out anything I purchased from Starbucks before and have to turn around and go back to inform the staff. This was during a morning rush so I was trying to get to work too. Even after this experience there were some ups. The gentleman in the drive through was very nice and when i got there to get another order of egg bites the staff were apologetic. You could smell something burnt when you walked in lol (it just had to be my food). The coffee was delicious but will I buy egg bites again from this location.........absolutely NOT

Regular Starbucks fare. Amazing service. The baristas are genuinely friendly. Whether you're staying five minutes or four hours you'll feel equally at ease.

It was okay hot coffee, no visual problem, clean. Nice location what I love about this location is that in the summer time on a completely clear one can Stan in front of this business and look straight down reynolda rd. As far a the eye can looking up and see the tip of pilot mountain, at least I can!8

I hate to admit it, but there have been weeks where I go to this Starbucks everyday before work. Generally I receive good service and my order is correct. However, sometimes they say they are out of something when I really think they just don’t feel like making the drink. Otherwise this is an above average Starbucks location and the employees are nice

The employees at this Starbucks are so very kind, friendly and just overall great to encounter. They go out of their way to show they care about your order. I had something mildly off about my drink today, I really just needed to verify that it was indeed my drink. I was totally fine with what I was given but they insisted I get the right drink. Thank you for being so great!
