I have actually been to this place twice, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. My first visit, I had insurance and I also just needed stitches immediately and that visit was fine, no complaints. Since my first visit was okay, I decided to come back here for my problem. I wish I had researched this place more before my second visit because of the other reviews I am also recently reading and I will never come back here again. I never write reviews because most of the time I do not care but since this would effect the well being of others I believe it's necessary. I checked in on a weekday, and being in between jobs with a probationary period I did not have insurance. The upfront cost is too high for the poor level of care received for something that probably requires more critical thinking. I didn't have the cost at the time so I had to leave, figure that out and ended up coming back a few days later. I should have known at that point that I was wasting my time and money. I explained my symptoms in as much detail as possible since I had some background in this field of work as well, working as a medical lab tech, and education in biological sciences, I persisted that my condition has nothing to do with STD's based upon my medical history or any other visible fluid problems. When I was seen they completely ignored the complete list of symptoms I explained and only focused on one of them, which is clearly a result of whatever I have been experiencing. At that point, I knew I was wasting my time but I had already paid. After about 2.5 hours they finally decided to check for the infection that I had been persisting was the main issue and the reason why I was there in the first place, and they could not have tried to get me out of there quicker. I was extremely annoyed with the failure to really listen to what I was trying to tell them and the fact that they prescribed me something that I have gotten myself OTC. As a result I have been looking for another place that will take my concerns a little more seriously. I wasted 5.5 hours of my time and $180 for someone to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my urine after I had already been telling them that from the first conversation. I would not recommend this place for something other than COVID testing or maybe some stitches or something where visibly clear what the problem is and there's no extra thinking involved. The woman at the front desk is also extremely rude. I didn't have to deal with her much because I am young and understand how these things work, but listening to how she spoke to people who were clearly much older, may have had hearing problems, and obviously aren't adaptive with today's technology was repulsive. If she can't be patient with different types of people this is not the field for her. Money grab clinic with payment upfront, they don't even know what you are coming in for and charge flat prices for something that may not even cost that much.
