Ivan and Horacio were super helpful. Helped repair my tire and got me out in no time. Super friendly staff and great customer service. They kept me from having to get a new tire for the time being.

On 5/8/23 I dropped off my 1995 Toyota camry to get some work done. We have used this shop for years with multiple cars. the Mechanic GUS found more work that needed to be done. I said yes let's do it. I picked up the car on Friday morning, paid $1900 and drove off. On Saturday, I noticed the car was shaking. I texted Gus and asked if he could look at it. I told him I didn't get off until 530 but would come by ASAP. he said they close at 630 that day. I got there at 625 and the open sign was still on. None of the guys came to see what was wrong or greet us. I understand it was right before closing, and I was fine leaving the car there. However, I texted gus that I was there and he said to ask for Joe and he won't be back until Monday. A little annoyed I went to talk to someone and they refused to help. they said I have to come back Monday. Monday morning I dropped off the car. Gus texting me that he drove the car and it seemed fine. I went to pick up the car, and there was a giant crack on my windshield. When I asked the other mechanic about it he said nothing about what happened. (they made it sound like I did it which I have pictures of the before and after). After arguing for 10 minutes, the mechanic said they would work with me to help me pay for it?? But they broke it. I did not. they also said they need to fix the misfire in the engine. Again, Gus had not relayed ANY of this information to me. I left the car at the shop to fix the windshield Monday night and picked it up Tuesday. they gave me the keys and didn't say anything to me about paying. they told me if anything happens to the car its on me. Whatever!! I will NEVER be going back and that sucks because before this whole ordeal, I loved and trusted this shop. 0/10 DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP OR ANY OTHER ONES OF THE SAME NAME.

Don't even look at the hours because they open up at 9 am not 8am like it's stated. Sat in my car just for a plug and had to sit behind others getting extensive work done. There like 10 mechanics and 5 openings for cars to get work, but only 2 garages ever have cars. I only rely on this place for the convenience of it being less than 5 mins, but spending the time I sat there would have gotten the job done and been at home. Won't get my time back or money and if I get angry I get turned away. What else do you do to make a point besides this??

I’ve been going here forever and the service has always been great. I got a new car and needed to purchase a new rim to fix a problem it had, Mariano was extremely helpful throughout the entire process!

I had a air leaking from my valve stem after going to a QT to add air. Someone there at the air station said their tire was leaking faster after attempting to air up. I tried it and then I started leaking through the stem as well so I put the cap back on and went to a nearby 3 letter national big chain tire shop and told them I needed the stem tightened and air added and right away was told I would likely need the entire valve stem replaced and it would be a 2 hour wait. Said no thanks and drove over to these guys and told them what was going on and the guy went and grabbed a stem, removed the old one and replaced it and aired it up at no charge. Thank you!

Got my tire change from here and they did not finish aligning and tightening my tires properly. When I called them about it they’re were not apologetic, just said they’ll fix it back again but did not compensate or give back my money. I could have gotten badly injured and they still don’t care. Never coming back here again. And staff is very rude!

I pulled up to have them inspect an exhaust leak. They were able to fix it right away. Polite, professional u0026 courteous.

One of the only tire shops/closest that said they were open on a Sunday afternoon so I rushed over to get a used tire. Not only did they say they were closed(pointing at the clock) when they really closed at 6 pm and it was only 5:30, but still had cars pulling up and had a SUV that pulled in around the same time go to park in front of one of their bay doors to be help. I mentioned that it was only 5:30 as one guy was on his phone in the office, and the kid I was (trying) to talk to wouldn't even stop sweeping. If all that isn't bad enough, they try telling me that they don't have any used tires, not knowing size I needed or anything. I've been to Cu0026M tires before for used tires, just not this location and I won't be back either. Reviews of the business clearly state that people have gotten useful tires here but I'm guessing they just did want to do the work and were trying to get outta there. Granted I did come 30 minutes before closing but it doesn't take much time or effort to throw on a tire and to lie to my face (if he ever would have stopped sweeping and spoke to me man to man, to my face instead of straight disrespect) it's b.s. and I won't be back nor let anyone I know take their vehicles there anymore, which I work in the automotive industry so people are always asking..No stars for you!!
