I ordered the large flower arrangement and it doesn't seem to be what I was expecting. They could of at least sent the vase that was in the picture. I wish the flowers were as good as The pictures of other customer reviews. I have the worse luck with sending flowers to my Mom .Smh

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my son’s prom from here. I advised them the colors were red and black (which was written on the paper also) only to come pick up the items to see the roses are white. The lady tells me they told everyone due to mother’s day the flowers would be white. I was NOT advised of that or I would of went elsewhere. She didn’t offer to fix it, refund me or even acted as if she cared. My son’s prom is today so there is no way I can even order them a replacement.

The ladies who run this shop are amazing. They really know their stuff. They have lots of fun items for sale in the shop. They did an amazing job on my sisters wedding bouquet I purchased. My sister loved it! Edited to add: My hubby purchased roses for valentines day. Once again they did not disappoint! FAST service and flowers are amazing.

Karen and Debbie were so helpful with putting together an arrangement of tulips for a Mother's Day gift!! Debbie went out of her way to find some yellow tulips for me. Excellent service. Local business is the way to go! UPDATE: They contacted me right away when no one was present to accept the delivery..it was after 5 PM and after confirming it could be received, Kathy went out of her way to go back a second time and make sure it got delivered!! On a Friday night, no less. They went above and beyond!! The photos do not do the arrangement justice. The vase is exquisite as well.

I was apprehensive about ordering flowers for a funeral, as I've never done it before. But these ladies made it simple and we're very prompt and friendly. They delivered beautiful flowers on time with only one-day heads up. Thank you!!
