GREAT START TO QUALITY SOUTHEAST RESOURCE CENTER (261886)

This program is not fair at all if you have a question and call they have nasty attitudes or don't get back to you at all you put in your application and they find a million reasons why they want to terminate your application discriminate every aspect I got a call and the lady wants to play like she didn't know about my application and I called a million times for months about it they kept saying they were behind I think they were lieing and she calls me saying it's no record of it yeah 😒🤨 how is there no record then she said I was calling the wrong place I hate when people lie it's plain they discriminate I feel like over race find every reason to turn you down even when there isn't one I used to foster care I should do that again but I was just trying to be my daughters provider for my grandchildren I do it anyway and we cannot trust in these daycares but they seem to answer them first real quick!!😒 This place is a joke the people here are what makes me lose all respect for them no professionalism at all don't even talk to you like a human!!

I have been calling for weeks I have done the application process and I have been waiting for a pin to access my billing for 2 months no one is answering the phones for 2 months it doesn't even have a voicemail it just says call back later and then hangs up
