Yum Yum Donuts

Love my Yummy Yum Yum Donuts always good service and great tasting Donuts. Or breakfast sandwiches etc. Also my coffee that is good and hot just like I like it.

Overall, my experience at this store was good, but there was a particular issue that left me puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed three cinnamon rolls on display, one notably larger than the other two. When it was my turn, I ordered a dozen donuts and inquired about adding the cinnamon roll. Surprisingly, I was informed that it couldn’t be included with the dozen donuts, despite seeing them available and additionally, I’ve previously added cinnamon rolls without any issue… However, just moments before, another customer ahead of me was able to add two cinnamon rolls to their dozen. This created me some confusion in my customer experience….

Went there last night 12/17 and left empty handed as many many other people did too. Went at around 6pm and they literally only had 5 types of donuts available and no plans to make more. When I asked why (as a 24 hour donut shop) why they only had 5 types u0026 no plans to make more we were told that “they only make a certain amount and when it runs out that’s it”! I said that’s ridiculous and then she asked if I wanted anything and I said why, you have no donuts and walked next door to Starbucks to get tea u0026 cookies instead. As we sat there drinking our tea u0026 eating cookies I saw almost a dozen people do the same. How do you stay in business when you send customers away empty handed? Not a good business model in my eyes. Seriously all you do is donuts so how hard is it to actually have donuts?!

I used to go this Yum Yum Donuts when i was a kid and now I am close to sixty. All of the donuts i have are all compared to Yum yum donuts. Its been many years since i have had one of their cinnamon rolls and lets just say they did not let me down. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. If you like donuts and you are in the area make sure you get to Yum Yum’s because they are truly Yummy

Yum yum is my second favorite donuts very close behind Randy's and there are many yum yum shops around San Diego. Excellent 🍩 donuts...good coffee too.

The donuts are amazing, the staff are so friendly u0026 kind. This is such a great place to get donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Staff is always welcoming u0026 this is truly such a great experience every single visit.

The donuts are really good. I'm not a big donut person, but my husband is. He LOVES their vanilla cake donuts with vanilla and cinnamon crumbs. They don't make them anymore come to find out, you have to special order them. I was just told when I called to ask if I could please take back 6 of the dozen I just got 30 min prior , because they were pumpkin spice with vanilla and cinnamon crumbs. The girl couldn't help and said no I can't go back to return them. I only asked bc they have no signs for what their donut flavors are. You have to assume or ask them, and yes we assumed it was the vanilla cake one, because it looks JUST LIKE IT. So keep in mind, ask before you think it's one flavor and it turns out to be another. She said they have a poster outside that says pumpkin, so i should have known. But is that really your menu for all the donuts you carry?? And she also said they never made vanilla cake ones with vanilla and cinnamon crumbs, which isn't true, we used to go alot to get just those. Donuts are cheap to make, I would think they could afford to exchange my 6 out of the 12 as a kind gesture :/ oh well. $17.99 for a dozen btw. And when we've gone after 3pm, it's a pretty empty case, not much variety.

Wonderful service and delicious donuts! I always get a dozen donuts and they give two extra. Their chocolate and maple Long John donuts are my favorite and the chocolate buttermilk donut is amazing as well, all washed down with a creamy mocha cappuccino!
