Cumberland Farms

I'm in this Cumberland farms several times everyday. And I must say since they changed managers this store seems to have gone downhill. Gas pumps are bagged off so there's limited gas pumps available. Store seems to have stocking issues. Sometimes there's not even any fresh coffee or no lizards or no certain size cups or no straws. And for about 4 to 5 days the employee said the bathrooms were completely out of order, that not even they could use the bathrooms they were broken. It's against the law not to provide a functioning restroom for employees at least. There was certainly no porta potties outside. All in all it's a Gamble lately at this Cumberland farms.

Lawn an over all grounds was very pretty but the inside the drink machine the warmer for foot was so dirty an just sticky an but the yard looked good that's all I can say about that place

Great prices on the fuel if your a member. You don’t even need to go in to get gas -Just pull up the app, it’s super easy plus it saves your 10cents a gallon!!! Always able to find a spot to dispense gas. The missing star is for the deals inside that you earn: They say you earn some but once you go in to redeem there isn’t anything left it’s all picked through. And it’s not like the last day of the deal it was intentionally empty.

this is my favorite store I go to for Cumberland Farms. They always have my stuff I need to get.

I used my credit card as a swipe on the gas pump just fine. Then I wanted to buy some Powerade in the store and the swipe didn't take. It's not an old card and it just worked on the pump. I asked them to enter it manually and she said she was told not to. What business cannot enter a credit card manually? Ridiculous.

Out of all the Cumberland farms in the ENTIRE area, for YEARS this one has CONSISTENTLY been out of stock of soooooo many things ALL AT ONCE! No cups.... No straws.... No creamers and several coffee flavors that will be out for months on end. On top of that...... It's consistently understaffed. There's no gd reason a line should be backed up 12 people deep. All of this and the manager refuses to pay it any attention. Even the employees groan when asked about the staffing issue. I hate when i have to stop here. 7/17/23 update: still terrible 12/11/23 waiting for 15 min to get checked out. Understaffed again 1/9/24 Watched a man wait at counter with no assistance so long he audibly yelled c'mon! I gotta go! Still very understaffed. Out of creamer again. 75% of the gas pumps out of commission.

Went in to buy something from the “kitchen” today and waited about 6-7 minutes but no one came to help. I was the only customer yet the clerk completely ignored me. I went to the register and asked if there was anyone working over there and she said why? And I said that I wanted to buy something. And she very rudely says well what do you want? I just said forget it and walked out. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that the “kitchen” has been closed.

I am what they call a regular. The manager, Marid (I think, I call her Marie) and the daytime workers (Maggie n Mary n there's a new guy now in the morning s with them too now that is warming up to me 😁) all greet me by name and talk to me like I'm normally human being not just some customer. I love it here. I wouldn't change where I get my coffee, ever.. even if the price does continue to go up and up and up LOL they're still the cheapest around and best quality and best atmosphere. Marid is a kickass, hands on manager that's real and will give u their shirt off her back if you asked for it and Maggie, she actually might be my best friend at this point LOL she keeps me updated and she actually cares about what's going on in my life. If I'm not there for a week or two and I come back she's like oh my gosh where have you been and she actually cares. She's amazing. So sweet and always willing to help me out. I would recommend this place to everyone. .. I DO MISS THE CASHIER REGINA THOUGH 😔BUT SHE DID WHAT SHE HAD TO DO
