01-13-2024 15:53I have lived in trimark properties for 2 years and have had nothing but good things to say about them. Their maintenance crew is really the reason I wanted to live in another trimark property. They come very quick and always resolve the issue whatever it may be. Hunter in maintenance is very experienced and professional. Definitely recommend trimark properties :)

01-12-2024 14:38I lived in University Heights my Freshman Year and never experienced any problems. However, I was in the renovated unit with a roommate so the interior was a step up than the other units. The outside exterior and hallways definitely had some character but the location and price was unbeatable. I left to live in a house off campus, and have decided that I wanted to live in a studio starting Fall of 2019. I began apartment hunting all over again last month. I looked at multiple Trimark units and other properties not owned by Trimark. Many properties I looked at close to campus were significantly cheaper, but not nearly the caliber of Trimark properties. As far as price point comparison, you definitely are paying to work with a professional staff and for the quality of apartments. I looked at multiple units, all of which Angie showed me. She was incredibly helpful and patient when I ultimately took multiple weeks deciding where to sign. She is energetic, quick to respond, and a great saleswoman. The major downfall that I have experienced is the price and parking, hence 4 stars. Based on all of my experiences, I would definitely recommend Trimark to students who can afford the properties and value customer service/cleanliness. (Also tour with Angie!)

12-07-2023 02:57We leased a property from Trimark through Matt Luedecke for 3 years and had a fantastic experience. From the day we moved into the property, to the day we moved out, Matt and his team were always incredibly attentive to our needs, were prompt with anything that needed to be fixed or updated, went above and beyond answering our calls and emails, and were generally just nice to work with. The property itself was fully renovated, clean, stylish/modern, well maintained (both interior and exterior), and was a great experience for our team of employees. We highly recommend the Trimark Team for your commercial property needs.

11-17-2023 03:46I was looking for a few weeks for an apartment for my daughter, talking to several leasing agents. I called Trimark and found Angie Orfield, one of their leasing agents. Angie is absolutely THE BEST leasing agent I have ever worked with!!! Being a Realtor myself, I know the business well, and Angie is very friendly, professional and was determined to help me find an apartment for my daughter. As is turns out, I was able to secure the very last apartment available, with her help. Angie made the process so easy and exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend Angie! We are looking forward to working with her as my daughter moves into her new apartment.

11-06-2023 23:10Rental experience was tolerable besides the maintenance and moving out. Our AC on and off didn’t work for 3 years. They brought out dozens of people to work on it and it would break the next week. They also charged my roommates and I $400 for “damage” to our washer and dishwasher that wasn’t even from us and was aesthetic in nature only.

09-06-2023 00:38Horrible and expensive. They have a monopoly on gville apartments and they know it. Apartment had mold and they tried telling us it was surface mildew without even testing it. Have a team of lawyers ready if you think they will pay for anything. They also lease/advertise for apartments they aren't sure will even be available. They made me and 4 girls sign a lease for a 5x5 that was eventually renewed. We all got screwed and had to end up paying out an extra bedroom.

06-27-2023 03:52Angie from Trimark was super helpful and responsive. Despite being super busy she still took the time to show me all of the available properties they had that met my standards to ensure I found the best fit. She answered my questions quickly in the time prior to our scheduled meeting, and accommodated my requests to show me a unit like the one I was interested in (since the ones I was looking into were occupied) and then took me to see the location of the one I wanted. She never was impatient or unkind, and took her time to ensure I found my new home!

06-22-2023 20:43Disappointed in the level of care they provide residents. Case example 1: Caleb the night manager rudely disregarded me as a resident and neglected his duties as a Trimark employee. He should not work here representing residents. It is a disgrace. Case example 2: There is a pest control issue in the units and I have placed work orders for this to no avail. The maintenance did come out one time and spray and said I would be seeing dead roaches. Untrue. No less than days after he sprayed I witnessed countless more roaches in cabinets and walls. I could go on with the subpar level of service and residency I have endured since moving in only a month ago. Heed this warning.
