01-02-2024 12:55The food was nondescript, way over priced and the staff was unfriendly. They seemed to go out of their way to do the absolute MINIMUM. Never smiled, never asked how the food was. Asked for a drink refill as they gave me the check. All I can really say is that the dining room was clean and the food was hot. I was charged $8.55 for this underwhelming plate of food

It was bad enough that I left my home on a chilly day with damp hair (sitting under the dryer) just to bring the food back.The food was purchased and brought to me so that I wouldn't have to leave the house to begin with. The shrimp fried rice was grey and tasted scrorched. The egg rolls were dry like they were old or overcooked. All that I asked the lady at the register is if I could have my food remade. That is ALL that I asked for. She proceeded to go on about how the food is prepared and the cook takes his time preparing the food. For some reason, she also made a point to tell me that they don't give refunds. I never asked for one. So that was odd. I explained that as the customer, I left my house with wet hair to bring the food back. I never once got an apology. But instead was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The lady asked for my name and number, banged a few keys to punch in on the cashed register, took out some cash, basically throught it at me. She made 'shewing' gestures with her hands and told me to never come back to the restaurant. It was insulting. I didn't ask for a refund. I also found out from the original purchaser that the food was more than what money was thrown back at me, along with a tip. I have never been so insulted and have never had an experience like this. It was the poorest excuse for customer service that I've ever witnessed.

08-31-2023 06:28I placed an online order. The person called me after I placed the order. I have different area code so she wanted to make sure that I knew the restaurant was in Lansing which I thought was nice. I used to work in restaurant so I saw people order food but be in entirely different area because they ordered wrong location. I got there few minutes early so was taking to the woman at register who called me. I think she was manager or owner. She seems really nice and cool as we talked for few minutes while my food was being made Food was very good. It was fresh and they give pretty good portions. Food was bagged well where nothing was crushed or made mess. Overall it was very good experience

07-29-2023 12:27Just ordered shrimp in lobster sauce and it tastes disgusting. I’ve asked to make it spicy but they didn’t. The lady who answered the phone said cook sometimes forgets to make it spicy. I told her the food tasted plain, no flavor at ALL and I was not satisfied. She told me I could come in and they can add spices. I told her my lunch hr was over and I could not leave again. I asked for a refund but of course she refused. Horrible food and customer service.
