She ignored vital medical information I told her, then made me get a $173 medical test she knew in advance wasn't going to work. It was so obviously wrong that the tech doing the test, who DID listen, was shocked someone would recommend the test for me when it was so obviously inappropriate. If you value your health or your wallet at all, stay away from Dr. Joanne Hinson at all costs.

Dr Hinson has been so wonderful. She has expertly guided me through my hormone shift and Covid aftermath and has really listened to my concerns. I feel so much healthier! Love that she has both the MD and Functional medicine perspective, I wish all doctors were this well rounded.

If I could give less stars I would. Takes FOREVER to approve refills and so every month I’m out of medication for a few days to weeks, wants you to take EXPENSIVE tests to determine what I already told her. Makes incorrect assumptions. I spent so much money and had to beg for every little thing. AVOID.

Dr. Hinson seemed to be more interested in making sure I load up on her supplements than providing gynecological services. Her lack of attention to prescribing details necessitated surgery that I otherwise would not have needed. This Dr is only interested in lining her pockets!!

Dr. Hinson is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive, and condescending. She was visibly irritated as I asked her questions, she spoke to me in a condescending tone before I was practically ushered out of the office. Days after my appointment my prescription still was not filled and my results were in. I received no call to discuss said results and had to reach out to clarify my pharmacy address for the FOURTH time in order to get insight on my results and my prescription. Ridiculous.

I went in hoping for help and I got nothing. Unless you want to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars to get into her other practice you’ll receive no treatment.
