11-24-2921 Originally called this company, because the reviews were good and my microwave was flipping the breaker. 11-3-2021. Workers came out assessed and determined that I needed to update the breakers in the panel(entire panel, home built in 2018). I'm not sure I am using the correct terminology when I say breaker switches, but that's what I will call them for the purpose of this review. They upped the output on each switch. There were a couple of small issues that they were able to work through with phone assistance from someone. A few days later, I realized my bathroom switches were no longer working and my AC unit was no longer working. I reached out to my regular AC repair guy. He comes out and assesses and realizes that the breaker switch for the AC is broken and the paneling was completed wrong. I update the electrician about the situation, the response given was they would come check it out. I waited a few more days, the next response se was the vehicle is in the shop. Contacted them again on 11-19-2021. Here we are a whole week later and no one has come to check anything or call back. My AC is not working and several outlets are out. I am trying to give benefit of the doubt but at this point it looks like, I will be out of a little over $500(originally quoted $800 to change 3 outlets and do panel work. I will attach photos of work if it allows me to upload. I do hope the owner will correct the problem, if so I will update my review.
