I was so impressed by the service we received from Lorenz. Most companies give you a window of time for the service appointment. Lorenz said they would be there at 10am and our technician, Hayden, arrived right on time. Hayden diagnosed and fixed the plumbing problem in under an hour, which included time spent going to purchase parts. We called other plumbers in the area about this same issue, but they all required a two step diagnostic and service process and quoted us for triple what Lorenz charged. I'll definitely be using Lorenz again.
