11-25-2023 07:49Went in with my husband to buy a new phone and set a family plan with 3 lines. Gage, Bessey and Mariclara(I hope I spelled their names correctly) were amazing! They show a lot of professionalism and they were so helpful to us. The 3 of them made it so easy and definitely left an impact on us and if we need anything else from t-mobile this is the location we wanna come back to because of them. We were there Thursday, August 17th, 2023 around 2pm which seemed to be the right time since the mall was not super busy.

11-21-2023 18:40I sold for Sprint at Radio Shack back in the late 90's. The atmosphere and tactics are not as good as back then. Definitely not as customer centered. This is company wide as farbas what I have experienced but have only experienced SC stores. I've met a few really friendly reps tho.

11-01-2023 22:20Mr. Trevor, store manager of the T-Mobile store inside the Coastal Grand Mall went above and beyond to provide customer care. The time, attention to detail and concern was exemplary in so many ways! My wife and I had been given the run around by a former employee as well as multiple 611 phone reps. Each of whom presented quick bandaid make them feel better fixes. After a few weeks each time, we would find nothing was resolved. We highly recommend Trevor and his team to seek your mobile needs.

09-26-2023 00:58We received a letter from T-mobile telling us that in order to continue with our monthly autopay for our home internet (which we don't have) we would need to give them either a debit card or our bank account number. The ink was faded and there was no phone number to call only a website to change our account info. We thought it was a phishing scam, so my wife went into the coastal grand store to ask them if it was legit. The first girl kind of rolled her eyes and smirked to the second girl, like here's another stupid old person. She then read the letter to my wife. My wife already knew what it said and told the girl as much, so that wasn't helpful at all. The second girl, who was eating chips at the counter (very unprofessional btw) chimed in with what it is is .... Never mind, never mind never mind, forget about it. Neither one could tell us if it was a legit letter from T-mobile. (Both were hispanic btw. in case the manager wants to identify them) My wife ended up leaving and went to the other T-mobile store just outside the mall. This store was very busy, since apparently everyone knows not to go to the coastal grand location due to their attitude and lack of knowledge. While waiting in line she called customer service who answered all of our questions. It was a letter from T-mobile, supposedly telling us that home internet was now available in our area, even though that's not what it said in the letter. The customer service rep said we didn't need to change our account number. The whole thing definitely sounded a little phishy, but at least the national reps knew what was going on.

07-07-2023 20:15I went into this location in hopes to get a new phone and plan. The associate was nice upon arrival and was explaining all the great deals and features I would be getting but after asking for my ID and filling out an application on her little iPad failed to mention that she was running my credit without even telling me. Once she asked for my social security number I knew right away what she was doing. She told me by switching to tmobile I could get a free phone and told me the price of the monthly plan without even asking about being approved by my credit score first. I had her cancel it right away and walked out!! Totally unacceptable not letting customers know exactly what your doing!

05-29-2023 18:31Please beware of this location .. running a major scheme. This location keep this doors locked 40min after opening times shown online. There was two employees inside, but didn’t even bother to even acknowledge that we were waiting. When they finally decide they want to start working they have the nerve to lie and say that in order for you to purchase a phone you’re obligated to purchase an accessory if not they can’t sell you a phone. According to them that’s T-Mobiles new policy starting last month. Straight LIESSSSS! Thankfully there was another T-Mobile store nearby that is HONEST and told me that they work off commission and selling accessories helps their sales but it’s not necessary if I don’t want to purchase it. Wish I would’ve just gone to the second store rather than waste my morning with this store.
