This place just took my 20 dollar bill and gave me nothing don't come to This laundry mat

I didn’t even want to give this laundromat 1 star! The people who work here are rude, and take up all the washers for themselves… Not only that the washers ALL BUT 2 smelled like moldy water.. when I asked about it they shrugged their shoulders and started a couple of them and put Downey in them like that was going to solve the issue while the other attendant sprayed the outside of the washers with a strong smelling cleaner to cover up the moldy smell… on top of all this 1 of the 2 washers that didn’t stink, didn’t even work, my clothes were dry the entire cycle…. What a waste of time… Oh btw don’t leave your clothes in the dryer too long it burns your fabric and makes them stiff and you can actually see the burnt fabric… the worst laundromat I’ve ever been too!!!! 0 stars

Washer #19 ate 75 cents. Coin return doesn't work properly. I fed the change machine a $20 and it promptly lit up with an out of service light without returning my bill. A sign on the wall says to leave any concerns on a card on the office door, but the only doors in the building are to a utility closet and a bathroom. Their website says the domain has been suspended; no way to contact them there. No attendant. The only perk of this laundromat is the wifi. I absolutely will not return.

Leaving a review to help others avoid this place and save money. Every time I’ve come here it’s been an unmitigated disaster, mostly related to the dryers. Without fail — literally every single time — a dryer, upon first try, will eat my money and will not work. Sometimes the next dryer won’t work, too, and I’m gathering up my wet clothes for the third time. There is no one on site and there is no repair form available on the door to the office. I hold my breath every time I use the coin machine because it takes four tries to get a $20 to be accepted. It hasn’t eaten it yet but I’m nervous about that as another reviewer pointed out. Also, a smoke alarm has been chirping for MONTHS and has not been repaired or replaced so you can’t even sit inside and do your laundry unless you want to be driven insane, forcing you to run your car in the winter months for an hour total or longer. The neglect is truly mind blowing. Truly find another place of business. Washing your clothes in your tub will be a more enjoyable experience.

I was drawn to this location because it was empty. My usual spot is super busy all the time now. Well I am giving Easy Clean 2 stars because the machine prices are decent. However, one of the standard washers ate some of my money. No Refunds! Supposedly there are forms to fill out for when things like this happen but the forms are no where to be found. The washers all smell like mildew, which tells me the owners don't run regular up keep on the them. No one on duty, which is fine but people don't clean up after themselves so there are spills on and around the machines. No paper towles in the bathroom or by the community sink. It's the little things for me. Lastly come with your own quarters because their change machines give out tokens.

I go to this place at least every other week. 2 weeks ago, the change machine just kept my $20. I filled out the out of order form with the machine number and my information. I have never heard from them. I also have no idea when the owners or staff are even there. I used to like them, but I guess they are dishonest.
