11-14-2023 18:16I had to get a dress hemmed for a wedding party I was included in. It was a great honor to be asked to be a bridesmaid, and I left the wedding feeling embarrassed by my dress. I have used Pilgrims before for dry cleaning and had no problems- but I have never had anything altered before. I was able to get in for a fitting the same day which was great, and it took the seamstress 7 days to simply shorten the dress. That was all. I am confident I could have done a better job. Shame on me for not looking at the dress fully upon pick up, but at the wedding people pointed out chalk marks visible on my dress. The sunlight picked this up. Then upon examination I saw the hemline was falling apart. I will never use nor recommend working with Pilgrims again.

08-05-2023 02:20Christy, the seamstress at this location is amazing! Ive had her alter dresses, and jeans throughout the past few years and am always pleased with how they turn out. Recently I brought her my wedding dress to be altered and she did beautiful work on it. It fit perfect, which is so important for a strapless dress, and the length was spot on. When i need an alteration I will always go to her!
