I called asking if they had the parts to repair my phone and they said that they did and would be able to have it fixed the next day. When I got there they said that they had to order the part and wouldn't be able to have it fixed until 4 days later. The store was messy with items strew across the floor. They were blaring music with expletives and racial slurs. All around felt like a sketchy place that I wouldn't recommend or go to again.

I come from Trotwood to this place. Only to get my phone's repaired. I do not trust anybody else to get my phone repaired. Except for these guys that always do a phenomenal job with a lifetime warranty. They will make sure everything is backed up before they do anything. They definitely know what they're doing. Thank you guys. You definitely got my business.

Wonderful fast efficient service. The gentleman was polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed the cracked screen on my daughter’s iPhone 11. Her screen turned black after she dropped it. This phone has been fixed on three other occasions, by another gentleman at a different business. We paid more and had to wait a couple hours to get it back. I was also told that a few screws were missing from the previous repairs. Today I appreciated his prompt straight forward service. Therefore I also purchased a screen protector and case. Ended up paying less than what I had in the past. Thank you! P.T.

I have gotten my phone screen repaired here too many times to count. I have also bought two phones from here u0026 have sold my old phone here as well. I absolutely love this store!!! Mo is so kind and professional. He greets you with a smile when you are losing it over your device. Then you leave out with one because he has made your life a little easier. He can fix anything for a reasonable affordable cost. And if he can’t he’ll let you know and point you in the right direction. The best!!!!
