09-25-2023 06:00I’ve stayed in a lot of Bu0026B’s in my time, but this was by far the BEST Bu0026B experience I’ve ever had. From Donna who was so hospitable, to the cleanliness of everything - it was a pleasure staying here. If you’re looking for a very charming place that is also clean and welcoming, this is it! I promise you will not regret it!

08-20-2023 22:04This bed u0026 breakfast lodge is absolutely amazing. Built in the late 1800s it still looks pristine. Also, was very fortunate to meet the new owner, since purchasing the property several months ago he has been making improvements throughout the property to help preserve it for many more years. Lastly, Donna was awesome, she gave us the tour of the rooms that were not occupied and gave us a breakdown of the history of the property. Will definitely be coming back very soon!

07-23-2023 20:25Overall we had a pleasant stay. The Bouree room was comfortably spacious, clean and good-looking. The bed is very big and comfortable. We had our own thermostat for AC (which isn't the case for other rooms inside the main house). There's a coffee machine with two coffee doses. There are many electrical plugs in the room, which is great when you have many devices to charge :). There were a few things that could have been better though: - The proximity of the road can be annoying, especially because some of the vehicles are very noisy. The noise insulation is poor in this kind of construction. - The room could have been prepared a bit better. While it was clean and tidy overall, there were a few details that could be easily improved. There was no hand soap and no shower body gel. There were two shampoo mini bottle, one of them half empty. There was an old coffee dose left over in the coffee machine. - The stick to open the shades of the first window i tried to open was broken (I didn't check the others after that). - The shower hose is short and made of semi-rigid plastic, this doesn't work well when you want to keep the shower head in the hand. The rest of the house looks very welcoming, especially the closed terrace in which the breakfast is served (see pictures). There are only three tables so we shared it with another couple but we had a really awesome time and spent 1 hour chatting with them. It depends who you end up with obviously but I think people coming to Bu0026B are generally looking for this kind of experience.

05-13-2023 15:13Beautiful historic home and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived! The location was close to downtown with convenient parking. T’Frere’s was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. There was some noise from traffic, but it didn’t bother my husband or me-more of a background ‘white noise’ than anything else. We loved it here and recommended it to anyone looking for a historic, charming, happy, and possibly haunted place to stay!!
