First I'd like to start with how amazing the staff was. They were kind and friendly. They showed how much they cared for us while we stayed there. A group of us were on a work trip for 3 weeks and they made our stay so nice. Weekends, their breakfast starts at 7:30am but we had to be at work at 7am. They opened breakfast early that weekend just so we could eat before going in. That's really stuck with me and made this hotel wonderful. Their happy hour food was DELICIOUS. And the breakfast had a huge variety. Better than most hotels I've stayed at over the years. Their laundry facility is free and they have a pool, put put and basketball court right outside. I was completely happy with this hotel and everything was great except one thing. What didn't give me satisfaction was my room. I was here for 3 weeks and i had the handicapped room. The room smells like cat pee. There are stains on the carpet. There was a child size hand print on the bedroom mirror. The toilet will run if you don't jiggle the handle after you flush. The adjustable shower faucet won't stay up, and keeps falling down. I asked if I could switch rooms but none were available. They were doing construction on the 3rd floor so find were limited. They fogged my room 4 times on 4 different days. The smell never went away. I had to buy my own bottle of febreeze pet odor to ease the overwhelming smell at night so I could sleep. I tried to make the best of it but really that room shouldn't have been available for anyone until the carpets were replaced. It was unbearable.

Front desk people were rude and judgmental. But the rooms are fantastic other than the coffee maker wouldn't brew a decent pot of coffee for anything. But other than that location is great and everything else is great. Personally I think the staff sucks. Oh and they have a great breakfast but you got to make it downstairs before 9:00 which sucks for people who sleep in.

Absolutely awesome experience! The room was perfect.. even more than we expected… staff was very friendly and helpful.. Aimee was so friendly to us! We will stay there again!!
