Horrible CPA!! I went and spoke to David regarding my wife’s taxes, which every year I help her file. I explained that to him and he assured me there wouldn’t be a problem. That same day I sent him the bank statements and the 2020 taxes so he can have it as reference (my wife’s taxes) for the 2021 year he was supposed to do for us. I contacted them after over a month or they contacted me, not sure but it ended up that they never received anything. So David never provided he’s secretary with the papers I emailed him. I sent them again and after they advised we needed an extension, so I said it was fine to go ahead and file it. Another two month pass by and I contact them and they said we where okay on time, the extension was until August. A few weeks pass by and my wife calls and tell her they have no idea who she is, that I never provided her information. David claimed I never mentioned the situation but I am 100% certain I did, I believe he doesn’t remember and he’s excuse is that I never mentioned it. Did he not look at the tax return I sent? I even explained we filed separate taxes. My wife and them communicated for about two weeks, we gave them access to QuickBooks for the second or third time and resent all information requested. Today they called her to inform her they where refusing to take her on as a client. So now we are over six months due on the 2021 taxes and no extension anywhere. If you have the ability to advise stick to your promise or be upfront and refuse to provide service on day one. Jorge Alvarado

Missed out on a lot of high dollar credits that even free tax filing software was able to find. In the 4 years I was in college, I was never recommended to expense any educational expenses. Better off filing for free online

They could be nicer when asked to park somewhere else. I couldn’t find anywhere else to park and had to get out to scout for an available spot. “Work in profession, acts unprofessional.” Pick one.
