I love Twilla, Kelly, and Barbara. I retain them monthly to do all of my books for a few LLC's, a retail business, real estate transactions, personal taxes, and payroll. It not the cheapest thing in the world, but for less than the price of a bookkeeper on my staff these guys make my life simple. When I originally retained them, I was concerned about adding an ongoing monthly expenses. Now? It's the best money I spend. Responsive would be a ridiculous understatement. So would knowledgeable and attentive. Awesome people awesome service. I can't say enough good about them and I cant imagine life without these guys.

I randomly decided to check in on my review.. and what do you know.. it’s DELETED. Just goes to show how dishonest, and how non-transparent she is. Twila was the absolute worse CPA I’ve came in contact with. She completely did our address incorrectly and are still having issues regarding our stimulus due to the incorrect address. I truly can’t image what else she did incorrectly. And when trying to get information from her she was rude, and of course AFTER she was paid is when we seen the rude side of her. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I have been using Walton CPA since April of 2018 and intend on staying with them as long as I am able to. Fantastic response times, good advise, tax planning, payroll and more!

Sara Was hired for the customer service part of the business, great! She's great and very needed as Twila does NOT have that quality. She's probably a great CPA, but her black and white approach is not for me(i.e. I've emailed my response no need for a phone call approach. See image). Sometimes I need to discuss things in person or at least over the phone and they are very email happy. Works for some clients not for me.

Walton CPA has been wonderful and very responsive. Twilla and her team really go above and beyond to make sure we don't just feel like a number. We started with their basic package and now use them for not only bookkeeping but also payroll and tax prep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
