Pro iPhone Repair

I recently needed my iPhone screen changed and had less than a day to find a place. I have taken my phone to other businesses prior, however there has always been an issue. I took it to Pro iPhone Repair in Glendale the same day I had found them online. Within 20 minutes, I had a brand new screen. This is the most reliable place I've taken my iPhone to get repaired and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of their repair.

I took my iPhone 7 to Jack to see what was wrong with it and he told me that my iPhone 7 model had a recall on it and the phone itself couldn't be fixed. I appreciate Jack's honest advice. If I ever need a repair on any of my iPhones, I'll definitely take it to Jack for repair. Ernesto

Amazingly fast and equally as professional. They replaced my daughter’s phone screen in 30 minutes and now it works perfectly. Would definitely return if I need any phone repairs done! Great price and fantastic customer service.

I came in today on 10/6/23 for a repair I got back on February of this year, the screen was damaged on my iPhone XSMAX and I got it repaired for a very good price and today the same problem reoccurred and the technician was very honest that there was no sign i damaged the phone by dropping it so I wasn’t going to be charged and to make things better the service was done fast. I am very lucky to find this place and recommend anyone near Glendale that has problems with their iPhone or IPad to visit this place. If I can rate them a 10 star this business deserves it. Jack did a great job repairing my iPhone camera lens glass. He did everything he could to save my camera too like cleaning it etc but unfortunately there was already damage since I waited too long to bring it in. Repair was affordable and he was very communicative about the process so I understood what was happening. He even threw in a privacy screen protector for free since mine was cracked on the edges. Felt like I got a brand new phone when he handed it back to me! His prices were cheaper than the other 6 stores I called so I went to him and I’m so glad I did. His shop was legit and very well maintained and decorated. As I was checking out, he put my phone in a little disinfecting device that looked like a mini simple human trash can lol it scanned my phone and disinfected it while I paid. It was a nice added touch! Very professional man and space. Overall I would recommend him to anyone who needs a repair! I will bring my phone to him again if I ever need another repair done 😊 (knock on wood)

I came today to have my cellphone battery replaced. I parked at the Free 90 minutes public park nearby with no problem. The store is clean and organized, where everything has its own place. The business owner, Jack, is pleasant and easygoing. He gave me an appointment over the phone a day before so I could wait while he replaced my battery. Jack is very informative and transparent in conducting his business. I had a bad experience previously with another store that charged a little bit less, but I had to return to pick up my cell phone only to find that the battery did not work. Jack fixed my cellphone while talking to me and even gave me tips on increasing the battery's longevity. He was efficient and fast. I can't thank Jack enough for saving me from buying a new cellphone.
