NEPA Security Solutions

I've been trying to work with this company for months now. I contacted them online and when I answered the questions I never received a response. A few months later I figured I try again and give them another shot. This time I spoke to Jeff directly and after I gave him all the info needed we made arrangements for them to come that weekend. I never heard back from him. I contacted him again and asked if he can send a quote so we can start services ASAP since I was waiting to be serviced for a while now. He told me he'd send my quote later that day. He never did. I reached out 2 weeks later and told him I never received the quote he said he'd send and would appreciate if he can send it soon because I have a security issue. I never heard back once again and it's now been about a month. I don't understand what happened and what is the deal with this company since I first reached out back in May-June I haven't been able to get serviced. It's so disappointing for this to happen because I only reached out due to their good reviews and figured I would have had a better experience. Unfortunately I have exhausted all attempts to work with this company and hope to find a more reliable source elsewhere. Update: That's not what I was told when I reached out. I was told you were able to help even if I needed to change systems. So I am not sure why you guys felt the need to lie instead of reaching out to me like a normal company. Instead, you decided it would be better to leave me in the air thinking you were going to help me. See if you would have just been honest from the start we wouldn't be here right now communicating through a Google review. Thanks a lot!

These guys are great. Jeff and his partner installed and had it all hooked up in no time at all. They programmed all of my family’s phones. And explained how the system works. They were so professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a security system. Thanks again Jeff.

We called NEPA Security Solutions inquiring about having cameras installed. Jeff was very informative and offered to send his technician in a very timely manner. When Bill arrived he answered all our questions, which were many, and made suggestions as to how to best utilize the cameras. Installation was flawless and Bill explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who feels the need for security cameras.
