Booking did it again, I was looking for a place near the airport and send me to this place. But it is a very good hotel, with real service and in a centric location. Rooms are clean, but no USB chargers. Is more like a place to stay to enjoy the night life. Just be aware that parking is going to cost you 30 dollars per day.

We traveled as a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children, and had booked a suite with 2 queens and one sofa bed. There were only 4 towels in the bathroom so we asked for 2 more towels when we got to the room. The front desk said they would bring them to our room. We never got any towels. The sofa bed did not come with bedding. When we asked for bedding, we received 2 thin fleece blankets and 2 sheets - no fitted sheet, no comforters, no pillows. Please don't advertise that the room sleeps 6 if you are not actually able to provide this. The pool was a nice temperature but the pool room was cold. The gym had minimal equipment. Breakfast was pretty good, with a few hot and cold options - waffles, omelets, oatmeal, cereal, bread, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Better coffee than most hotels we have stayed at. Adequate seating, which was nice. Parking was easy, but it should be for the extra fee. We really liked being able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and not have to worry about driving through busy streets and parking. The hotel is right next to a big road and you can hear cars all through the night, but not too loudly.

Keith is an AMAZING front desk manager! . He memorizes incoming guest requests. He commits to memory guest requests in a high room change over environment. I checked in after midnight and he heard my name, recited my email requests with billing, room type, and parking pass info. When my multiple reservations caused confusion for the intermediate front desk manager, Keith stepped up and helped move belongings to accommodate my requests. Marriott give Keith a raise. He is exceptional!

I went for an event. There were no signage. So I asked one of the FD personnel. Just super rough response. I did not rate the room because I did not need a room. Coffee was good though.

Remember to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it.
