09-29-2023 12:23Don't forget to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure! Another great stay at my good to hotel in Atlanta. It is since you locate it in Midtown. Customer service is excellent, from the front desk, valet, and house cleaning. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great restaurant to have food and also in upstairs terrace.

08-25-2023 10:59I stayed at the Renaissance Midtown recently for business. From the moment that I arrived, the service was outstanding. The front desk, restaurant team and management were all all great and helpful during my stay. A special thanks for going above and beyond when I only had 10 minutes between an all morning and all afternoon meeting. I was able to run in to the restaurant and order/pay for my lunch. The team went the extra mile and brought it to my room or I wouldn't have been able to have lunch. This is the type of service that will have business travelers like myself returning again and again.

08-16-2023 07:20I wish 4.5 was an option. The service was amazing. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. I think is a great place to stay if you are visiting Atlanta for a vacation get away and want a fun hotel with a great location. However as a business traveler it was missing a couple of things I look for. There is no in room dining, the TV are not smart TVs so no streaming apps built in and there is no concierge lounge or M Club. So to some it up if you are planning to be out and about and don't need any downtime in your room this is an excellent choice. If you are a tired business travel that wants to unwind in your room and watch netflix this is not the spot.

05-23-2023 03:10After having a horrible experience arriving to Atlanta and having to leave another hotel because of their incompetence, I booked a room here as a last minute emergency. Upon walking in I was immediately surprised. Hotel was clean, bright, in a wonderful area, and just had an overall very nice vibe. When I booked, the agent apparently told the receptionist the situation so upon my arrival reception actually upgraded my space apologizing for my experience thus far here in Atlanta. Hands down I am a fan, hallways are large and bright, rooms extremely clean staff extremely polite and professional. This was my first time ever staying at a Residence Inn and I will definitely continue

05-20-2023 13:52This property is my favorite pl;ace to stay when I visit Atlanta. The hotel and rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed with everything you need. This property is walking distance to other great restaruants, retail shopping, and theater and sport events. More importnatly the hotel staff are personable, professional and very helpful. Michael Thompson, one of the front desk agents is one of the BEST, and utmost professional Marriott employees my famuly and business assiicates enjoy seeing when we stay at this property, Michael consistently personsonfies the highest level of sustomer service and satisfaction. Thank you, Mike, for always making our stay at this property a fantastic experience.

05-15-2023 09:28The hotel was clean, the service in the restaurant was great, and the valet were super helpful. The beds were comfortable. HOWEVER My coworkers and I were in town for a weekend event in the hotel- it was packed. 2/3 elevators were down which mean extra long waits and long lines to use the only working elevator. With two of my coworkers rooms, the doors would not shut from the outside- even when you tried to slam it shut, they literally wouldn’t close. And for $270 a night, the WiFi shouldn’t be $14-18 a day. I’ve never experienced that with Marriott, it was very disappointing. No microwaves- why? Also the alarm clocks in multiple rooms were not reset and went off at random times in the VERY early hours (ours went off at 5:52am while others went off around 4:30am). The staff was very kind and the experience wasn’t worst, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
