I told the lady I needed a tight hair perm for my grandma and a trim. Her hair perm is loose and instead of a nice perm it looks messy. I then asked if she can trim a little more she trimmed her hair all over my elderly grandma clothes and wheel chair so I asked for her to get a bib on her and she put someone else's dirty bib on her. She was even about to let my poor grandma leave without drying her hair. I had to tell her to dry her hair. My grandma 83 years old she shouldn't of been treated like that.

I'm completely comfortable with my hair every time visit. I wouldn't ever choose a different hairdresser over this one.

Guy with long hair here. I was able to walk right in and get a good cut. They did exactly what I asked for. Left looking and feeling better then when I walked in. Will be back next time I need a cut.

I’ve been here before but it’s been a couple years. I went into the shop today u0026 she denies me service because my hairs “too long”. My hair is past my waist but I requested a trim and highlights. Her response was, “I don’t want to do long hair”. Terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend.

I am so happy I came here. Vildan did an amazing job on my hair. And she was so efficient and fast it was nice. I will see you Vildan and Ms Sue in August!! :D

This was a horrible experience!! I went in with hair past my bra strap and left with hair at my shoulders. I asked for long layers and to only cut off my dead ends and she did EVERYTHING BUT THAT. If I could do more than leave a review I would but just know DO NOT GO HERE.

I’ve been going here for a cut since 2003. Great place for a consistently great haircut and friendly people to chat with. Walk-ins are quick, and I always feel welcome.

I asked for layers and this is what I got one side in front is layered one side is straight and the back is like looks all messed up it doesn't look layered 25 dollars she can tell I didn't like it and she said if I didn't like it then I can go back and she can fix it but no thank you I do not want my hair to get messed up even more now I need to go get it fixed somewhere else but I have to let grow out some
