Ordered books 5 weeks ago and still have not received them. This is the last time I will be ordering from them. BUY YOUR BOOKS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I am sick and tired of trying to get my textbooks here. Every semester (Fall, Spring, Summer 1, and Summer 2) They are always behind on something or missing my Texas Workforce order. Inevitably this always means I go 2-3 weeks without my books until they get themselves together. I am beyond tired of being treated this way.

Books are frequently on back order. I pay for expidited shipping and they don't send them expidited and refuse to refund the costs. Don't waste your money.

I was not shopping for books. Although wanted to see options of the apparel and any other Islanders goodies. Store is very clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and professional.

So impressed by the staff who put my online order together. I placed my order early Monday morning and by Tuesday my package was at my door! Keep up the great job guys!

I came in during a busy period to get a refund on a textbook and the front desk and manager helped very quickly. I appreciated how quickly they prioritized getting my money back to me.

Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a friendly member of staff who made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere of the bookstore was great! Overall it’s a great place to shop textbook and university peripheral products!

A bit pricey and the workers seemed very irritated that we were there. As an alumni visiting campus, I would hope for more congenial service.
