I was required to pay a $50 deposit in case of damage I kept the room clean didn't damage anything yet they kept our deposit ... I spent our honeymoon there good breakfast . No luggage Cart we booked a access room but the shower my husband and I slipped in no grip on the bathtub the bars were to far apart . We barely got my husband out of the tub almost had to call emergency services to help him up . We will not be back despite us not damaging anything they kept the deposit . We used the closet for our clothes not the dresser . The staff was friendly in the day shift but night grumpy old guy . We didn't care about the TV not working well selected the history Channel went straight to news 🙄 . The room had someone chipped tooth in the bathroom under the counter . Beds were very comfy especially after a exhausting day of our wedding . There wasn't even a luggage cart 😒.

If you've ever wondered how someone can find luxury without breaking the bank, ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ is the answer. Trust me, I just got this room at a fraction of the usual price. We stayed there 15 nights while our truck was in the shop. They charged me $25.00 a day pet fee. Then a $50.00 deposit. When I called about the $50.00 deposit they said they used it for a pet fee my bill shows where I paid everyday what's up with that. Other than that everything was fine.

I came here and booked through Expedia and paid for it. I was able to get checked in no problem. At 11 pm after I took a long flight to get here the front desk repeatedly calls me stating that I need to call Expedia Because they are having issues with payment. I told them this is not my problem and they need to do it themselves. I extend my stay and again the same issue. The manager says I need to call them again so I do. The issue was that the rate on Expedia and the rate at the hotel were different. This had absolutely nothing to do with me!!!!! How can you ask you customer to get I. The middle of this type of nonsense. ?!?!?!

Won’t stay here again. Booked this hotel for a weekend girls trip a month in advanced. We got here around 7:30/8pm on Friday night after driving 3 hours to get here and our reservation had been cancelled. The only good explanation the front desk had was that we didn’t answer their phone call earlier that day so they didn’t think we still wanted it (never got a phone call). So beware apparently booking a reservation isn’t enough. They offered us another room for $50 more than what we originally booked (we were out of options at this point so late in the evening we had other places to be) and then wanted to charge us a $50 deposit even though they cancelled our room on us in the first place. The room itself is not the best. A/C wasn’t real cold, bathrooms were weird, tubs are peeling sheets were stained. Remote back was lost. Doors won’t shut really well. Elevator was sketchy (had a sign in there that said “inspection certificate available at front desk” or something like that. so we took the stairs most of the time.

Got stuck in the elevator for 30 min, no one at the front desk answered while we were stuck, fire and alarm buttons inside elevator were BROKEN of course. Had to call the fire department to get us out. Said they were going to give us our rooms for free but then after we left charged my card and won’t pick up my phone calls.

Another great stay! Stayed back in July and again this past weekend! Check in was so fast and easy and she even called after we had been in our room to make sure everything was good! Such a nice extra step! Our new favorite place for sure!

The rooms were very nice except for the sheets had old stains that didn't come out of the wash. Other than that, they were very nice to me. Kim was one of the staff and I needed some waffle batter and she wasted no time assisting me! When we stay in Fort Worth, I will most definitely be residing here for my stay!

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice. I booked with a 3rd party ended up spending 75 more. It says pet friendly but had to pay additional 25 non refundable plus additional 50 possible refundable. that’s pet friendly? Nothing was said before I booked. Too bad because I’ve stayed at a lot of Laquita’s. This was my last stay with them. I hate being deceived. I was honest and told her I had a pet. Don’t make that mistake. Do people have to pay deposits for kids? They sometimes pee on the floor too.
