AT&T Store

The team at this store is extraordinary. Not only did they help me accomplish what I came in the store to do, but they also guided me through to savings on my monthly spend, WHILE adding an additional line. I came in to add one line, got a new phone AND a tablet all while saving cash... Brilliant.

The employees and manager at this store have no clue what they're doing. When I got my phone upgraded, the manager didn't set it up correctly and I had to drive all the way back to the store to have him fix it. Went back last week to get my husband's phone upgraded and the same manager was there, assisting the employee that was helping me because he didn't know what he was doing. They took my payment and then had computer issues and were trying to get me to pay again, saying it didn't go through. I had to show them on my account that it was deducted, and they still kept me and my kids waiting another hour while they tried to figure out how to process my payment. Now I've been dealing with online chat for over two hours because they apparently didn't do it right and I have a past due balance for what I already paid. 3 different chat reps so far, and all just keep telling me I have to pay $135 again. Can't reach the store because they don't answer the phone during business hours.

Customer Service is impeccable! I'm a retired veteran and received excellent service on my initial visit! Can't wait to get my upgrade to a better plan and phone! Thank you!
