Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott McAllen Airport

Normally a good place to stay while visiting McAllen, but this time our room had an overpowering mildew smell. This may have been a one off situation, but it still makes for a miserable stay.

Have stayed here 100 nights, the staff are great, very friendly and responsive. Enjoy yhe breakfast in the morning, good coffee ☕️.

The hotel was pretty nice! The beds were comfortable. The front desk lady too great care of us! I had a great stay here!

Good front desk service. Never got room clean even though it was suppose to be every 2 days. Best location though.

It has been said people do not remember what you say they remember how you make them feel... Viola at the hotel and the entire team truly make you feel comfortable, like a family member, and an honored guest! With my job I must travel and I make it a point to always stay at this hotel. Viola takes the time to get to know you! And more importantly remember you. She works with you as well as the entire staff there from recommendations on where to eat to something as simple as directions. She assists in training people at concierge/reception desk and shares who you; ensuring seamless service! This hotel had a recent update and while the rooms may not be the newest or the most grand the way my heart feels is priceless A must stay whether you're going to stay in McAllen or even drive into Brownsville Try it for a night and you'll see I am right.

Management allowed guests to check in knowing that the Internet u0026 TV service was not working. Guests should have been contacted before arriving u0026 given the opportunity to cancel.
