Amazing customer service, super friendly, best facial I have ever had. I highly recommend this place.

I have actually been seeing Monica for a couple years now. More frequently recently due to stress related skin issues. She did great on my facials initially. So I started buying my facials in packages from here so I could go more often, although it is harder now because locations have moved and it's a much farther drive, but I was a loyal client, so I continued to go. I had two facials left, but I will not be going back because of the lack of/poor customer service provided in the recent months. Unfortunately, if you're looking for great customer service, you will not find it here. I sent her an email describing my being upset with how I was treated as a (loyal) customer. My issues before I let slide because life happens, but there comes a point when you realize that you shouldn't have paid for that package, because the money is already spent and (this is my opinion) you are not a priority. My last issue (after a few that I had described to her in email) was a cancellation I got via text 1 hour prior to my appointment. I had already driven up to Windsor as I figured I could squeeze in a quick trip to WallyWorld for classroom supplies since I was going to be in the area. The text I received 1 hour prior was Hi Jackie I need to reschedule today Please book online so sorry ;) . Of course I was disappointed, I revolved my whole day around this of course, as my free time is minimal, so I responded with no problem but last time I tried booking online I had an issue with schedulicity. The response I got was I'll have my receptionist call you tomorrow. Okay cool no problem, I was actually able to work with the app though and booked the appointment, so I figured she saw that which is why I didn't get a call. The long and short of it, I wrote an email saying I wanted to cancel this week because I had been quite upset over the customer service I had been receiving (I had to prove I had paid for a certain amount of facials as well, so if you go, make sure you have everything documented). She called me and left a voicemail, which I appreciated at first, but then it seemed more vitriolic than apologetic. She said she had to be admitted to the hospital. I have no idea if this is true or not, and I can't say what really happened obviously because I wasn't there (but based on prior business postings that day and right before my text to cancel on me I can't say I'm fully sure this happened, but I wasn't there so it's not my place to say what happened or not). I'm not going to argue any of it. I asked out of courtesy for a refund for one of the facials out of the two that I am not getting now, just to make a customer happy. The voicemail clearly told me there are no refunds and all sales are final. I'm well aware of that, I was asking from a customer service standpoint (I say the same (all sales final, no returns) for my online sales but my reputation is more important so I do take that into consideration, as having a good reputation makes you more $$$ in the future. We also get charged if we cancel less than 24 hours with Monica, so not sure why my question for a possible refund (if she felt like it) would not be considered given our last situation. I could go on and on, but to let you get on with your day/night, I'll just end with saying that you can get a great facial here once, *maybe* twice, but the customer service needs MAJOR improvement. I desperately need a facial, so to give this up (my last two I had) says a lot.

Cristianna was very professional. I had a wonderful Ultra micropeel facial. I was so relaxed from the facial massage that I could have fallen asleep. The products made my face glow for 2 days! The products were terrific. I'm going back.

Nano needling stem cell LED treatment. That is all you need to know! I’ve been getting facials for the last 10 years and ever since I found monica she has brought life into my skin I didn’t know I was missing. I was always a microdermabrasion girl but this treatment is next level. I appreciate Monicas quality products and ability to give me what my skin needs according to each session because each day is different for us right?! 10/10 recommend for any facial treatment and don’t get me started on the jewelry she hand picks out every year for her Boutique.

Monica is the best! I try and see her every 4 to 6 weeks for facials. I leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. ❤️❤️❤️
