Lido Beach Resort

The property is exactly as pictured. The welcome beverages were a nice touch and my kids loved it. Check in was easy, we booked the room with the bunk beds and it was perfect separation for us and the kids enjoyed the bunks! The pools could have been cleaner but besides that we had an awesome stay. All the staff was wonderful.

Hands down top notch. Everything is here, including a shuttle to the circle down the road. Parking is convenient. The restaurant has an incredible view. The meeting rooms are very accommodating. This location is highly recommended

My sisters and I stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was lovely and for the most part very clean , except for the kids toys and spilled box of milk duds in a bedroom drawer. I get it housekeeping is limited . Also found a milk dud (candy for you who don’t know) in the bedroom closet. The restaurant is awesome. We had great meals and service. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Luxury abounds in this resort. Everything you would need is here, fine dining in the Drift Restaurant on the eighth floor, private beach, two swimming pools, one is adult only....if I list all of the perks it would take too long. The point is, this is a luxury resort and not a hotel. Treat yourself to a vacation that you will not forget.The area around Lido Beach is impressive featuring some magnificent homes, a multitude of eating establishments, live music and a shoppers dream. The city of Sarasota has a vibrant nightlife, all just a few minutes from the resort. For me personally, sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, wow.

We spent two nights at the Lido Beach Resort for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. When we arrived we were provided with a yummy frozen drink. The property was beautiful and the customer service was amazing! The location was great, it's about a 20 min walk to St. Armand's Circle. The hotel offers a shuttle, that runs until 10, if you do not wish to walk. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The restaurant on the property, Drift, served excellent food for breakfast and dinner. It was a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were seated by the window, and had the perfect view of the sunset. I highly recommend this resort. We will be back. Thank you for making my birthday weekend extra special.

It’s 4:00 am in the morning. My family and I can’t sleep on our first vacation night because we have roaches in our room. Very disappointed to pay SO MUCH money for this. But even beyond the money, these are not the memories I wanted from our vacation together. — Update: Reported the roaches via text. They said they would elevate the message to the hotel’s manager. At 7 am went to the lobby. Reported the roaches. The lady at reception was far from empathetic. One could even call her rude. She said she had to check her staff to verify the actual presence of roaches, because if they paid attention to every guest who reports a problem, some of them might not be true. So, I could be lying, waking up at 4 am to report “fake roaches.” While on this, I met a super empathetic employee — Sebastian. This man made our stay so GREAT, The morning after my family and I went for breakfast. Sebastian walked up to us and gave us the breakfast for free, saying it was the least he could do. Very kind. The manager passed by the room, they sent an army of people who cleaned the room. We did not see any more roaches inside the room. Thanks, Sebastian! You are THE BEST! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Love it here! Beautiful service and I love how you can text if you need anything and everyone promptly replies and is so professional. Soon, our server by the pool was absolutely wonderful and recommended so many great things to us throughout our stay, we also had a wonderful server at Drift as well. The great crew by towel service always had a smile on their faces and were so friendly. Room was very nice, all food and drinks ordered from the Tiki Bar and Drift were great. Love the shuttle, nice driver too! Front lobby desk staff also very nice, beach chair gentlemen and housekeeping were terrific, staff all around terrific, we will definitely be back!

Lido Beach Resort- our experience was a wonderful-stay, Thanksgiving Buffet was very, very good, The people working at Lido Beach have a positive mind set at all the times, just a wonderful place to be---We were here 8 or so years ago, wonderful, back then. We had our little bulldog, with us, she loved it there, Thank You All For a Great Experience, and will recommend your place, for sure, Thank you.
