Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota

We loved staying here. We will definitely be back. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Lots of storage. The only complaint was the water never got hot - just kinda warm. Breakfast spread was amazing. Bartenders were super friendly and gave great service. The staff that ran the breakfast were incredible. Always asking if anyone needed refills or plates removed. Super friendly. Front desk was also super friendly and nice. Management is doing a great job here. Location is great. We walked everywhere except for the beach. Chose to stay here over the Westin and glad we did!

We enjoyed our short stay at this Embassy Suites. The views of the bay were outstanding from both our room and the bar/lounge area (pic shows view from 18th floor taken later in the evening, hence the color). The room was very clean and spacious! The bathroom --wow!! Very large with a huge shower with awesome water pressure from the dual shower head. The staff at the front desk and at the bar were very friendly and welcoming. We took a short walk down to the harbor, which was a great way to get our morning started! And, as expected at Embassy, the free breakfast was great! Finding the entrance was tricky -- you have to enter the parking garage and then go to the front desk to check in (if you check in through the app and get your digital key, you can go straight to your room).

Stayed at this hotel for work. Room was extremely clean u0026 spacious. Views from rooms were spectacular. Staff was kind u0026 happy to help. The breakfast spread was great, so many options, again the restaurant was very clean. We had lunch u0026 drinks at the Bridges restaurant and enjoyed it, they have good vegetarian/vegan options. The AC was a little low and we would have liked the room cooler. We will be back for sure though!

As a former Sarasota resident and now a visitor i was deeply disappointed with this hotel. I stayed 11/28-11/30. When we arrive our king suite hasn’t been cleaned. So they “upgrade” us to a double queen. Which was OK. However they neglected to inform us they were doing construction on a room right above and beside our room. It was incredibly loud and we hardly got any rest. Ordering room service the food was 1/10 the oversized portion didn’t make up for the dry beef. Along with $55 a day in “fees” parking and destination. I would choose the Westin if you want to stay downtown, i also tried Kompose boutique. Bang for your buck and actually got some rest and a clean room. I’d give this place 0-5 if i could.

Easy 10 minute walk to Trolley service. Clean rooms. October 2023 we dealt with some construction noise. Pool gets sun in the late afternoon. Breakfast was nice - only fresh cut fruit was melon though. No shuttle service to airport. Spend your $25 daily fee on candy, drinks or food from the restaurant. Enjoyed but more of a business hotel than pleasure.
