Wingate by Wyndham Canton/Hall of Fame

My room had ants. It also has most of the lightbulbs burnt out or missing. The walls showed where items had been ripped off of them. No air conditioning in the lobby or hallways. Dirty entrance doors and parking lot. The shower stall was in rough shape but the water pressure was unbelievably good.

This is the dirtiest place I've ever seen. We checked in only to go to our room to find dirty clothes left in the dresser drawer. Called front desk they changed our room and this one is where we found bugs. Another family we know informed us they found bugs also and were checking out. We checked our beds and found evidence of bed bugs so we left after only 2 hours.. wouldn't refund our payment til the next morning. We spent time looking for a hotel that was relatively close. We had to move our belongings 3 times that. The hotel we found was hands down a thousand percent better. Will never go there again. Wish I knew who in the state to report it to.

Don't stay at this hotel. Our room was disgusting. Black mood behind the toilet, around the mirror and it was a long the baseboard. You can clearly see that they tried to cut it out. Unfortunately we were there a week for a business trip and it was already paid for by the company or we would have left. We asked for the room to be cleaned and our bedding to be changed after being there for 4days. This was never done. We had to change our own bedding get our own towels and take out our own trash and make our own beds. If you can afford to stay at a another hotel please do so. It's not worth a penny let alone 80 a night. I will never stay at another Wingate by Wyndham Hotel again.

This is a cheap hotel and it is in a bit of disrepair. It is about what you would expect a cheap hotel to be. It isn't terrible but if you are looking for a nice place look elsewhere. The employees where nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty bad. I actually got up in the night and got a few bath towels because my neck hurt. The towels did make a much better pillow. The breakfast has waffles, cereal cups, and a few things like yogurt and pre-made egg sandwiches you can microwave. It seems like some of the people staying there may either be long term residents or people dealing with some really rough life circumstances. It felt safe enough to us but I don't think everyone would feel that way.

Would have put no stars if it was an option. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE. The pictures are misleading, our room was 100% garbage with holes in the walls, a tiny bathroom with a dirty stained tub and the shower head didn’t even work. The pool was cloudy and there was a tarp over the hot tub. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained, my husband and I slept on top of the covers in fear. Also the air in the room? Broken. When we went down to complain the woman at the desk said “I can’t do anything I just work here. You’ll have to wait for the manager” who coincidentally wasn’t in that morning. We left our numbers, guess who never got a call. I’m disputing the charge to my credit card, that horrible place cost us 115 for one night. NO THANK YOU

I reserved 2 rooms mine was okay could have been cleaner. The other room was worse dirt on the box spring all across the bottom and looked like old blood stain that showed through the sheet. Bathrooms need better cleaning.
