I made reservations online after being forced to sign up for their rewards program. I got there and found out they had upgraded my room to a suite, I thought it was a rewards benefit. Later I found out my upgrade went from $150 to $250. I haven't gotten a hotel room for years, didn't get a receipt thinking it would be emailed....NEVER assumed anything, I was tired and it was a long drive. By the time I noticed the charge it was the next morning and of course it was too late. These people have some shady business practices, I'd avoid this place like the plague. Edit: Management's response to my review advised me that a $100 incident deposit would be refunded 1-2 days later. Well 9 days later I'm still waiting for the refund. There was NO damage to the room, I'm 63, I didn't throw a frat party, I just slept there overnight. I was emailed a confirmation for the room prior to my stay, it was for the lesser charge I mentioned earlier, and there was no mention of a deposit. Kindly review your online reservation procedure, you can't reserve a room without signing up for the rewards program so don't respond to a review saying you can. Still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. Follow through with your response.

Stayed here 3 nights as a mini vacation to hike the national park. Our room was perfect - it felt like an apartment as we got the kitchen and living room suite. The room was super clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was close to several restaurants, a local coffee shop, and a short drive to the national park. The staff was great and the breakfast was pretty good. I would recommend and definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

I had an excellent stay! The room was clean, fairly quiet and the service was fantastic. I was so happy I decided to stay again when I come back though the area soon. D'Monte helped me with that reservation. He made it so easy and seamless! I didn't try the breakfast or the pool, so I can't speak to those, but my stay was great.
