Chris is very nice, some things are out of his control. Our first room we checked into, smelt like smoke so we were moved. Our next room smelt better and was quiet, our friends was not the first night, but remaining time, it was. Towels are limited, and no extra pillows, which would have helped since the ones they have are very thin. Beds are all twin size and on a metal frame that makes noise any time you move. Water pressure was extremely low, even at 10am and hard to get hot water. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and hair around the toilet and bedframe legs, so maybe the housekeepers need to be more thorough, do not use the drawers in the dressers. The hallways and elevators smelled like the food being cooked, which makes sense.
