10-27-2023 21:30Aesthetically it’s nice, however this is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. There’s constant banging and scratching on the walls, they were hosting an event here and blaring music until 10PM. I had to cancel an event because I couldn’t get enough sleep. The food is mediocre, and the workers don’t know what hospitality is. It’s crazy when a motel 8 stay is better than this. I will NEVER be staying at any hotels associated with this company. You guys aren’t worth my money. UPDATE: just when I though it couldn’t get worse, it’s currently 5 AM the entire building was evacuated because their elevator won’t function, so it caused a fire alarm. I honestly didn’t think you guys could mess up anymore. Congratulations you are by far the worse hotel.

10-21-2023 21:03The decor and the rooms are beautiful. They offered one beverage for new guests at their roof top bar, which has a beautiful view. It is easy to Uber from. Only 10 minutes from Nationals Park. There are only 4 parking spaces available for the hotel. The parking garage behind it is $45 a night and if their spots are full in complimentary parking, they do not validate. Everyone was very friendly. The studio areas for art, the outdoor patio, and the cinema lounge are nice touches.

09-07-2023 15:11Overall a pretty average hotel experience for our first time in DC. We loved the rooftop bar but eventually had to leave because the music was blaring, you can even hear it from the rooms. The room had nice decor and clean. The AC kept turning off throughout the night so I was waking up every 3 hours to turn the temperature back down. It was loud in the hallways throughout the night with people shouting and slamming doors. The room was uncomfortably quiet so I had to use a noise machine to stop waking up to people talking or shouting outside. I would say this wouldn’t be a good hotel for people with kids or on business. The staff was very poor about answering the phone we called 3+ times and got no reply. The hotel also smelled like marijuana everywhere. Our personal biggest issue we were not expecting is parking to be $40-45 to stay overnight and they have a huge issue with this. If you buy the parking pass for the hotel and come back and there’s no parking we were told there would be no reimbursements. And wouldn’t you know, only six spots never could park there, so we parked in the closest garage for $45 overnight, just be prepared for that extra cost. It was close to a lot of entertainment and food but we won’t stay here again.

09-06-2023 21:22I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My initial room was in the basement, akin to being in a cluttered storage space rather than a guest room. The shower was devoid of hot water. Despite reporting this to the front desk and being promised assistance, no one attended to the issue even after a 30-minute wait. Upon insisting, I was relocated, but to yet another unsatisfactory basement room. The lack of an apology or any semblance of concern was striking. This indifference was evident in their handling of the situation. The only redeeming feature was the clean front desk area; the rest of the hotel was severely lacking in standards and comfort.

05-01-2023 22:51A true 3 star experience, nice ambiance, ok breakfast. I booked a standard room with a queen bed a couple weeks in advance for my birthday weekend. Upon arrival we were placed in a family room with four twin size beds, so my partner and I had to sleep separately. The thermostat in our room was defective and continuously ran cold air with no option to adjust. (Outdoors temp averaged around 54-64 degrees heavy rain) Hotel assistance came up our first night to take a look and said there was nothing he could do u0026 changing rooms wasn’t an option because the hotel was fully booked. Shower heads aren’t detachable which I imagine makes it hard for the cleaners to properly clean- hair in the shower u0026 a leaking faucet. Parking: There are only about 6 dedicated parking spots to this hotel, first come first serve, nearby parking garage is $45 a night.

04-03-2023 07:17Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Every noise that anyone makes on your floor you can hear, the bar is on the rooftop blasting music and using microphones all night long with no way around it. I would not recommend ANYONE to stay here. Overall a complete waste of money unless you don’t want to sleep, or feel like you have any privacy to have conversations at all. UPDATE: we found bedbugs in our bed and in the frame of the bed. The front desk staff was unapologetic and unable to process a refund, only giving me an email to chat about getting a refund from management. I say again, DO NOT STAY HERE
