The Lash Spa NWA

Angelina has been doing my lashes every week for over two years! She always does an Amazing job and exactly how I like them. They always look fabulous and my natural lashes are as healthy as ever!

I went to here yesterday and got extensions for the first time! I love them. The first night with them I must have rubbed my eye or something, but she made time for me so I can go back in and get the small space filled even though she had a full schedule. Not many places or people are willing to do that!

I have several things to say about The Lash Spa NWA. First off, the atmosphere is wonderful, prices are great, and they do a wonderful job! Unfortunately I will not be returning as I just recently had a horrible experience. This is a long review but it is something that needs to be said. Angelina has been doing my eyelashes and has done a great job. During my last appointment I noticed that once she was done, my right eye was noticeably much fuller than the left side. I asked nicely if she could try and remove some to make it more even. I am not sure if Angelina was having a rough day or was just stressed, but she did not handle the situation well at all. She was very mad that I would even ask her to make them more even due to her time crunch. She said very rude things to me, huffed and puffed, asked me to leave and said “I cannot spend another second on you” after SLAMMING her cabinet door. I was in shock. Never have I been talked to like this before. She said that maybe I should just find someone else that could do my lashes the way I please. I am not sure if it is because I am a college student that made her feel as if she could talk to me like this, but I am still a paying client. She has always done a wonderful job! I was just asking if they could be evened out, I did not realize that would cause such a problem. In one of the reviews The Lash Spa replied to someone and said “If a client is unhappy with any work we have provided, we would be happy to fix it” this was NOT the case. Getting your lashes done is an expensive upkeep, so I simply did not want to walk out not happy when one side was visibly thicker than the other. I left in tears and shaking as I was so shook up with how I was just talked to. She does a wonderful job, but this was unprofessional and left me very upset and uneasy.

Got a Lash lift and tint, I love it! She was fast and honestly so gentle that I barely felt any work done on my face! Angelina was beyond professional and KIND! Which goes a long way I don’t recommend ever taking your baby 😅 however last min either I canceled in the last 15 mins or I took my baby. I took my baby and Angelina chose to be super understanding. First part was calm until she got fuzzy. Angelina helped her off her seat and on to my lap. I know it was an inconvenience but it meant a lot I needed some mommy care 🤍

GIRLS!!!!!!!! Attention!!! This place is absolutely fantastic. Please if your looking for a place go here the service is immaculate. The lady’s that work here are so sweet amazing amazing amazing. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
