The coaches work so well with the kiddos! However, I never look forward to interacting with the receptionist at the front desk. Pretty unfriendly and short with her answers. In a way, she is the first interaction potential and current gym goers’ adults have and it’s not a good one. It would be beneficial to NAAG to work on customer skills with her to greet those coming in occasionally, more friendly interaction with parents, etc.

I'm not sure how I feel about this place, I had a party here for my son but nobody ended up showing. So they gave me some free gym classes because they felt bad, which was very nice. Unfortunately I know the classes run pretty high in price and I was going to continue to pay for future classes, but every instructor iv met for the gym bug class has had very little patience and they always have an attitude if the kids dont do what they want. Mind you these are three year olds. I understand having to watch 8-12 kids at that age is hard, but also your job. I'm not very pleased. Iv seen eye rolling and close enough to call aggressive grabbing of not only my child but other children when not where they are suppose to be.

Our daughter took gymnastics classes here for about a year and she and I loved it! The coaches are all so talented and friendly. We had to take her out for the last year because we moved but as soon as we are back in Eugene she will be going back there. Definitely recommend to all parents.

I will NEVER go here again. I attempted to bring my autistic toddler to wiggleworms class to get her involved in an activity and the teacher showed up late laughing about it, never asked about my daughter being a new student or about her personally at all. When she became overwhelmed by the loud music and teachers talking over top of it, she started crying and screaming. The teacher then told all the other students to scream as well, again instead of asking if everything was ok. I was furious. After the front office saw her breakdown, I asked for a refund in tears and was told refunds aren't normal and we can use it as a credit for future classes or merchandise. So there goes $82. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We've been to several open gyms at other gymnastics places around town and this one is by far the best and has top notch service! One of the coaches takes time to instruct the kids and has a little warm up for them. Not too mention the variety of activities they are able to participate in. My daughter will be starting up class there this summer after dance :)

I have a kid in the Wiggle Worm program. Everything about the class is fantastic, but the kids trampoline area desperately needs stairs or a ramp. The area is roughly 3.5 feet above ground level and the only way to get up or down is via squishy spotting blocks. If you pick the wrong one while getting off you can be set completely off balance as you sink and injure yourself.

I never write reviews online but this was a TERRIBLE experience! Took my son to what was supposed to be his trial class today. He was neither greeted nor introduced to the instructor. Instead he was thrown into a class with kids who were clearly older and more skilled. The instructor spent the entire time chatting with the few older girls in the class and never once spoke to my son or showed him a single thing (same with the other little boy in the class, incidentally). Literally zero interaction. They divided the class into two groups and the instructor pointed around to different bar positions and quickly called out what the kids were supposed to be doing at each one. No demonstration, no explanation. It was completely bizarre. She also looked utterly bored and disinterested in being there. My son did his best and tried to climb onto a bar by himself but as this was his first class ever AND because he received NO help or instruction he had no idea what to do. After watching him struggle for a few minutes, I called out to the instructor that he was new and needed help. Maybe she just didn’t realize he was new? Nope! She made direct eye contact, ignored me and continued to ignore him. After another few minutes my son sat down on a mat, frustrated and confused and started to cry. The instructor, not surprisingly, continued to ignore him. Totally checked out. I went onto the mats and tried to help him but at that point he was just done. We left a mere 25 minutes in. I’m in early childhood education and was floored by how badly this class was run. I don’t know if it’s a training issue or laziness or what. My kid was super excited to try gymnastics and a little nervous too - this was a negative enough experience I’m not sure we’ll be able to convince him to go back. I will say that the front office staff was very helpful and immediately refunded the class. Kudos to the woman at the front desk who handled it with grace and professionalism despite how angry I was. A director is supposed to call me on Monday so perhaps there’s a resolution to be had here. Until then, I remained shocked at what an abysmal experience this was.

I have had and attended multiple children's birthday parties here. Every time I have left, my children are happily sweaty and worn out. It is a great place to hold a birthday. During the winter they keep it a little cooler, sometimes too cold for the parents hosting the birthday party. Two birthday parties can be held here, one on the pirate ship side and the other in the gymnastics area, Halfway through the scheduled time, they switch. Staff are very interactive with the kids on the gymnastic side they do fun activities that my kids have always seem to enjoy.
