There was a trouble with the shipped products but the service dept. resolved my issue quick and I appreicate the great service of Saitech! Will sure buy again at this shop.

Never received any updates after I made my purchase. A week later I had to call and asked what the status of my order was and they said they had to test the motherboard I bought because it was a refurbished one, and then, only then they told me it would get shipped. Every time I buy anything on line they keep me up to date, but they were calling me and sending me e mails to make sure they would get a good review. And after all I had to return it because it was not compatible with my system, so I’m going to charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

*CUSTOMER'S BEWARE!! Company promised to sell equipment at a certain low advertised price, only to later go back on their word and claim they only had a few at that low price. Company lied to cover for their mistake. Did not live up to their agreement. *Shady! Sincerely, J.B.
